Travelling to Bunaken could hardly be simpler. Bunaken is situated 45 minutes by boat from Manado on mainland Sulawesi. Manado has an international airport into which you can fly from an airport of your choice.

You can travel direct from Singapore with Silk Air. It is also possible to fly in from Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta or Denpasar into Makassar (Ujung Pandang, South Sulawesi) and then get a connecting flight the same day to Manado. There are also many flight options throughout Indonesia from all of the main cities to get to Manado.

We are happy to pick you up at the airport and arrange all the transportation for you, picking you up at the airport and dropping you at the door of your bungalow. However, if you would like to make your own arrangements you can easily find transport from the airport to the harbour - Microlets (small buses) and taxis continually run the short distance between the two.

From the harbour you can charter a boat from the front of the Celebes Hotel directly to our resort. Or, you can go by public boat from the public harbour (pelabuhan bersehati). There is just one public boat service per day except for Sundays. The public boat always leaves Bunaken around 8.30am heading to Manado and returns to Bunaken mid-afternoon.

Once on Bunaken, you will need to head to the Panorama Dive Resort located on Pantai Liang (Liang beach) where our staff will be glad to welcome you.
